What I concern is, from the statement "If you search on http://www2.sandbox.google.com you can get a preview of how the search results will change over the next few weeks and months.". The ranking is justified on let's say July, and the real ranking will be effective by September, so how if I do a lot of link building and get a lot of strong backlinks on August, my ranking will be still the same as what they justified on July and effective on September?
